Welcome! Bae offers retreats and adventures in nature to foster reconnection to the wisdom, dignity and freedom planted inside each of us. Informed by Mother Earth, art, science and ancient traditions, we center the female-bodied by offering play, healing and community in nature.
May we all return to our true nature… and just be!

Hi! I’m Sarah. I understand how taking time to enjoy and attend to yourself can sometimes feel impossible—particularly as a woman with a mixed bag of lived experiences.
Join me in leaving over-functioning, people-pleasing and scarcity behind. Let’s listen to the intuition of our bodies and our hearts, not just our heads and conventional beliefs. We can trust ourselves and the spirits of Mother Earth to be working for us and guiding us towards alignment.
I welcome you to join me in nature and just be… with Bae.
What is a bae?
Our name is inspired by the glorious Korean pear known as 배 (bae) in Hangul. Bae symbolize good fortune and longevity - making the pears an important feature in traditional rites and a favorite luxury gift. Bae have been cherished for centuries for their distinct taste and juiciness. May we remind ourselves that we are crisp, luscious and regal - just like 배!
Adding even more significance to our name, it is no accident that bae is an American term of endearment used for loved ones in two different ways: as a slang word for “babe” and an acronoym for someone “before anyone else.” May we remember to be babes that love and care for ourselves “before anyone else.” This keeps us connected to our true nature and equipped to love and support others better.
