Elohee is a beautiful retreat center on the top of Bald Mountain in charming Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia - click to explore Elohee. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia, Elohee is easy to reach with plentiful nonstop flights to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) — and just a 1 hour 40 minute drive away.
It is a top retreat destination in the Southeast region of the U.S. and close to tourist attractions such as the Appalachian Trail and numerous wineries, farms, state parks, water falls, lakes and country towns (the Bavarian-inspired town of Helen is a hop away).

Great question! While every year is magical and perfect in its divine timing, we’re excited to share that this year’s retreat will take place in beautiful Mandala Hall - the circular meeting space with 360-degree views of the surrounding treescapes and Blue Ridge Mountains.
We will also offer the following in response to attendee desires and joyful contemplation since the last retreat:
Longer breaks between sessions. More time to foster organic conversation and connection.
Two meal mixers for mingling. Friday dinner and Saturday lunch will feature lovingly curated tables to encourage meeting new people This is especially great for solo travelers!
Body-based discovery and healing. Even more somatic practices and awareness to center the female-bodied nervous system and reconnect our minds, bodies and spirit to engage our full and alive being.
More making. We will offer two different art workshops for self-discovery and expressive healing.
More play. Yay! Our Saturday night dance party and bonfire will help us release, exhale, and celebrate, right?!
Individual sessions for extra attention. Unique opportunities on Saturday to pamper or empower yourself.

Nourishing and natural foods! Here is a sample Elohee Winter Menu PDF to whet your appetite! All food allergies and dietary needs are accommodated by Elohee. During your online registration, there is a section to list your dietary concerns so that the kitchen can plan meals.
Also, Elohee offers a tea house that is open 24 hours a day for tea and water. And Bae will provide whole food and healthy snacks all weekend in Mandala Hall! Don’t worry, you will be well fed!

Cell service is good at Elohee with most major carriers. There is no internet access at the Bald Mountain Center (the main retreat area where our retreat takes place in Mandala Hall, the Teahouse and cabins).
You will need to bring your own hotspot if you wish to connect to the internet. If you have an emergency situation requiring internet access, please contact Elohee staff via text or call 770-316-9195.

The best and most affordable option is to rent a car and drive to Elohee. If you are not comfortable driving or would like help facilitating a carpool, please contact Sarah for help at the contact information below.
