Hey, overachiever.

You’ve accomplished the goals, received the accolades, and proven to yourself you can work hard and meet conventional definitions or success - a hearty congratulations to you!

Now… you are safe to rest. Rest and reclaim your personal pleasure, precious time and innate worthiness. Explore all that delights or matters to you. Trust in your established experiences and whispers of desire to shift into a sustainable lifestyle. Now is the time to redefine success for yourself on more meaningful terms.

Let’s leave the faulty playbooks of life and outdated definitions of success behind. And honor our bodies by replacing grinding, over-functioning and scarcity with attraction, allowance and alignment for all that is meant for us. We trust our lived experiences and hone our intuition to build even more sturdily and joyfully the rich and colorful lives we deserve.

We can trust the innate wisdom of a mind, body, heart and spirit working in concert together. This holistic existence is the ultimate expression of authenticity and power. It is life affirming and pleasurable to be so fully connected to our being. Couple this with an ounce of faith in something greater—the universe, divine or source of life alongside… then hold onto your hats for an exhilarating ride!

Don’t worry, overachiever. A good life still requires accountability, dedication and a level of effort your being already knows. The difference is—letting go of over-doing and harnessing your energy for you, your loved ones, your dreams and your self-sovereignty feels so good and right—despite the real challenges life brings. Let’s let go and reconnect to our true selves, live beyond performance and grounded in our natural being.

“Living offline and reconnected to your true nature is the ultimate luxury today. You deserve to live in luxury and just be… with Bae.

Hi! I’m Sarah. Welcome to Bae! We offers retreats and adventures in nature to foster reconnection to the wisdom, dignity and freedom planted inside each of us.

Informed by Mother Earth, art, science and ancient traditions, we center the female-bodied by offering rest, recreation, healing and community in nature.

May we all return to our true nature… and just be!

What is a bae?

Our name is inspired by the glorious Korean pear known as (bae) in Hangul. Bae symbolize good fortune and longevity - making the pears an important feature in traditional rites and a favorite luxury gift. Bae have been cherished for centuries for their distinct taste and juiciness. May we remind ourselves that we are crisp, luscious and regal - just like !

Adding even more significance to our name, it is no accident that bae is an American term of endearment used for loved ones in two different ways: as a slang word for “babe” and an acronoym for someone “before anyone else.” May we remember to be babes that love and care for ourselves “before anyone else.” This keeps us connected to our true nature and equipped to love and support others better.
